Reset a forgotten password

Use the password reset page to send a reset link to the email address on your Neura account.

Before you begin

  • A Neura account associated with your email address.

Steps

  1. Open the Forgot your password? page.

Step 1 — Forgot your password page

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account in EMAIL.

Step 2 — Enter email address

  1. Click SEND RESET LINK.

Step 3 — Send reset link
